Q1: What is the Warranty for your led light? 

A1: We offer most of our products 5 years warranty and minimum 3years warranty. If any quality problems on our side occured in this period, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q2: What is color temperature?

A2: Ree Lighting offer lamps in warm white, natural white, pure white and cool white with color temperatures measured in Kelvin (K). 

Typical color temperature definition: 
Warm white = 3000-3500K
Natural white = 4000-4500K
Cool white = 6000-6500K or 5000-5500K

We can OEM color temperature too, some projects we use 2200K to simulate natural surroundings.

Q3: What is CRI? 

A3: CRI is >Ra80 for most of our lightings. for some special commercial lighting applications, we can make CRI>95.

Q4: Are they dimmable? Will your LED light work on a dimmer switch? 

A4: Yes, 1-10V dimming, Dali dimming, PWM dimming, remote control are available.  we also do a good job for triac dimming too(dim from 0.1%-100%).

Q5: Are these light approved by CE/UL/TUV/ DLC/ cUL/SAA/CB/NOM? 

A5:Our all lights are CE ROHS approved, most of products conforms to UL/TUV/DLC/SAA/CB/NOM, we have many clients who have invested to do own certificates too, they do not want their clients to see manufacturer's name onto certificates.

Q6: What watts do you have for led high bay? 

A6:We have 80w to 500w for your choice.

Q7: What driver do you use? 

A7:We use Meanwell, Trodonic, Philips, Osram, Lifud, AGT, Done driver, we also have CE/RoHS/UL/TUV listed drivers which are made by ourselves. Besides, we could customize driver upon clients' requirement.

Q8: How to get the lamps if I place order, and how long?

A8:Once order is confirmed, we will arrange production ASAP, the lead time is around 5-7days for small order and within 30days for big orders.
Usually, we use door to door DHL/FedEx/UPS forwarder, it only takes 4-5days to your adress. we have cooperated with forwarders more than 10years, we have very competitive for shipping freight. And also by air or sea is available for large quantities.If you have forwarder in China, we could send via your own forwarder too.
